It's OK To Ask

Keynote and Workshop: Designed for College Students (Women) | Length: 45-60 Minutes or All Day

CoupleCan I kiss her? Will he kiss me? These are thoughts that a lot of male and female students have when it’s time to move past the friend zone and into an intimate relationship. This is also a very uncomfortable topic and most people would rather not talk about it. So, if nobody’s willing to talk about the birds and the bees, what happens when students are in “the moment?” How polite and respectful will a male student be? How much respect will a female student demand? I recently heard a female student say “chivalry is dead,” but I disagree 100%! Here’s what I’ve noticed. Chivalry isn’t dead, young men learning how to be chivalrous and young women demanding that a man is chivalrous is dead! What happened to the days when young men would open doors, pull out chairs, walk closest to curb and ask for whatever it is he wanted? Not only will your students laugh, but they’ll cry during this hilariously funny and thought provoking program. Your students will walk away from this program with measurable action items in place to ensure that they show and demand respect when dealing with the opposite sex!

Your Students Will Learn:

  • How to turn an uncomfortable dating situation into a safe and fun date night
  • Why asking for what they want, ensures that they viewed as respectful, honest and trustworthy
  • 3 commonly-held myths about dating and why they need to avoid them at all cost
  • How to recognize the warning signs and determine when it’s time to move on from an unhealthy relationship
  • How to balance a healthy relationship, school and their social lives
  • What to say to initiate a conversation with someone who they know is in an “unhealthy relationship”
  • And much more

Love Yourself Then Love Him

Keynote: Designed for Women | Length: 45-60 Minutes

Love YourselfMost women find themselves in relationships where they just simply aren’t happy. Before you can ever be happy in a relationship, you have to be happy with yourself! A lot of times, that statement is easier said than done, but research shows that 72% of women who are happy with themselves first, have longer, happier, healthier relationships. Do you have a female friend who struggles with relationship happiness? Do you yourself struggle in that area? Either way, this program was designed to educate, engage and empower women to love themselves first, then love their mate.

As a woman, you’ll learn:

  • Why some women seem so happy in their relationship’s and how you can enjoy that same type of relationship success
  • Why loving yourself first, makes people love and respect you more
  • What to say to yourself in the mirror every morning that’ll ensure you live each day with passion, purpose and power (Trust me, you’ll love this one)
  • Why loving yourself first gives you the confidence and ability to give and receive unconditional love
  • Why it’s critically important for the sake of your relationship that you MUST love yourself first

Women Raising Boys To Be Men

Keynote and Workshop: Designed for Women (And possibly their sons) | Length: 60-90 Minutes or All Day

FamilyHere’s a question that nobody seems to have a definite answer to. “Can a woman raise a boy to be a man?” My answer to this question is a resounding YES! My mother raised me as a single parent and I’d say she was quite successful. I’m the first male in my family to graduate from college; I played three years of professional basketball, worked in Corporate America, started my own business and became an author. I didn’t have a positive male role model in my life until I was 13. As a child, it was just my mother and I! I didn’t mention my accomplishments to brag, I mentioned them to show you that it is possible for a strong woman to successfully raise a boy to become a man. Sign up for my workshop, follow my tools, tips and techniques and watch your son be the man you always knew he could!

 You  Will Learn:

  • Exactly what to say to your son to get him to open up and talk to you about his “male issues”
  • What to say to men to get them to mentor your son; and why finding your son a male mentor is critically important to his success, growth and development
  • 3 commonly-held myths about women raising boys and why they should never apply to you
  • The 3 characteristics you must teach your son that will guarantee he grows up to be an honest, respectful, responsible adult
  • How to balance your natural ”motherly instincts” while letting your son grow up and be a “man”
  • Why it’s important not to make your son be “the man” in your life
  • And much more
