The College Success System Consists of 3 Phases Phase I : Motivation This is an emotional open forum of discussion where we dig deep into our own personal backgrounds to find out what motivates us individually. Students share their reasons for wanting to go to College and succeed in life, but first I open up the discussion by sharing my very inspirational story about graduating from college, starting two very successful businesses and being an author, all while being labeled with a learning disability. Once I share my story, your students will begin to trust me and feel more comfortable opening up and sharing their reasons for wanting to be successful. Then I will engage them in an interactive activity which is usually the “key” to motivating and inspiring long lasting change within your students. In this phase students often identify what will keep them motivated to stay in College.

Phase II : Mindset Now that your students are motivated and inspired, it’s time to work on the way they think. Students are provided with all the tools necessary to change the way they think. Students usually go from a Stagnant Mindset to a Maturing Mindset. The only way students can be different is if they think different.

Phase III: Methods So now your students are motivated inspired and they’re thinking different. Now, it’s time to outline the methods that will keep your students successful whether they’re already in college, or if they’re a student who plans to attend college one day. The methods phase is a step-by-step guide to succeeding in every aspect of college life. Your students will learn everything from how to get teachers and professors to give them inside information on tests, to what to do while they’re in College to land their dream job once they graduate. As long as students follow this step-by-step formula, this system is GUARANTEED to work.
